The variety is intended for cultivation as an autumn-winter crop. Sowing of seeds in the open field is carried out in the period from the end of July to the beginning of August. Plant care includes thinning of seedlings after the appearance of two true leaves.
The plant forms a large leaf rosette. The root crop harvest is collected at the end of October. The variety is characterized as cold-hardy and traditionally used in the vegetable growing of Bulgaria.
