The early-maturing radish hybrid Evostar F1 forms globe-shaped root vegetables of bright red or red-crimson color. The average diameter of the root vegetable is 3–3.9 cm, weight is about 25 g.
The flesh of the root vegetable is juicy, without bitterness. The hybrid is intended for fresh consumption. The optimal temperature for cultivation is 16–22 °C.
