The variety forms compact spherical bushes 70–80 cm in height with upright shoots and light green leaves. The fruits are large, weighing 6–10 g, have an oval or conical shape, dark red color upon ripening, and glandular pubescence on the surface.
The plant belongs to mid-early varieties. It is characterized by a high degree of susceptibility to American gooseberry mildew (Sphaerotheca mors-uvae). A tendency for berries to crack under high humidity and to shatter after reaching full maturity is observed.
The fruits have tender flesh and a sweet and sour taste. The variety is suitable for processing into jams, preserves, and juices with pulp, as well as for retail sale.
