The bush is vigorous, compact, globular, with upright shoots covered in thorns. The leaves are leathery, shiny, and light green in color. Berries weighing 6–10 g have an oval or conical shape, turn dark red (claret) when ripe, and are covered with glandular pubescence.
The variety is classified as mid-early; the flowers are resistant to late spring frosts. The bush develops successfully on various soil types, including heavy clay soils. The fruits are firm, suitable for transportation and long-term retention on the branches after ripening.
The plant is for universal use, suitable both for fresh consumption and for processing. Due to high susceptibility to American powdery mildew, the variety requires constant protective measures.
