The variety was obtained as a result of hybridization of the forms Whitesmith, R. oxyacanthoides, and Achilles. The plant forms a sturdy shrub, the height of which reaches approximately 120 cm.
The berries ripen in July and have a sweet-and-sour taste. The fruits are of universal use and are suitable for consumption in fresh form, as well as for processing into jams and for baking.
The variety is characterized by high winter hardiness and resistance to powdery mildew infection.
