The variety has a crown shape that is narrow, columnar, or upright at a young age, later becoming broadly oval, with branches directed upward. The tree reaches a height of 16–25 meters. The trunk is distinguished by straight growth, which is a key breeding trait for obtaining commercial timber.
The leaves are odd-pinnate, large, up to 25–30 cm in length, consisting of 9–19 elliptical leaflets. In June, the tree blooms profusely with fragrant cream-white flowers gathered in dense, drooping racemes.
The plant belongs to the 5A hardiness zone. The variety shows increased resistance to wind loads compared to the wild species, and also tolerates air pollution, soil salinity, and drought well.
