Variety description

The variety is an upright shrub 100 to 180 cm tall and up to 120 cm wide. A characteristic feature is its long, strong and stiff stems, as well as narrow needle-like leaves of a dark green or light green shade.

The plant blooms with light blue flowers from summer to autumn. The variety is versatile and is used as a spice-aromatic crop and an ornamental plant for hedges or container gardening.

The crop is characterized by fast growth, prefers sunny exposure and well-drained soils. The plant is sensitive to excess moisture, which can lead to the development of root rots, powdery mildew or botrytis under poor air circulation.
