Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is a periclinal chimera of blackberry. The plant is vigorous and requires the installation of trellises and regular pruning. A characteristic feature is the decorative deeply dissected leaves, which partially persist in winter, taking on a reddish hue. The shoots are thornless, but prone to reversion to a thorny form.

Fruiting occurs late, from August to October. The berries are medium-sized, black or black-violet in color, shiny and firm. The variety has a universal purpose, used in gardening both for berry production and for ornamental landscaping.
