The variety is an upright deciduous shrub with prickly canes and dark green palmate leaves. The berries are small, round-shaped, red, and possess a good aromatic taste. The yield of the variety is characterized as relatively low.
The plant possesses genetic resistance to raspberry root rot (Phytophthora rubi) and is actively used in breeding programs as a parental form. At the same time, susceptibility of the variety to Raspberry bushy dwarf virus (RBDV) has been recorded.
