The variety is characterized by an upright bush habit with medium vigor. Current-year shoots have weak or very weak anthocyanin coloration, with the absence of spines being an important distinctive feature. Leaves are predominantly trifoliate.
Berries have a conical shape, possess medium density and a weak glossy luster. The variety is a summer type, fruiting on previous year's shoots, with medium maturity dates. In breeding, it is used as a donor of the spineless shoot trait.
