The variety «Muskoka» is a hybrid obtained from crossing the varieties «Newman 23» and «Herbert». The plant is distinguished by moderate growth and high adaptability to northern climatic conditions; in particular, it has become widespread in Finland.
The berries have a round shape, dark red color, sweet taste, and aroma. They possess medium firmness and are suitable for fresh consumption or freezing. The variety is often used in scientific research focused on plant physiology and the genetic diversity of raspberries.
