Plants have medium vigor, shoots are stiff, arcuately curved in the upper part. The surface of the shoots is covered with numerous small purple-brown spines. Fruiting occurs on biennial shoots.
Berries are large, oval-shaped, possess a slight gloss, slight pubescence, and a medium degree of adhesion to the receptacle. The variety shows resistance to fungal diseases of shoots, however, it requires a full chemical protection program against diseases and pests. Winter hardiness is assessed as insufficient.
