The variety belongs to the summer-maturing group with fruiting on second-year canes; the harvest ripens at the end of June. The plant forms vigorous, upright canes; the berries have a round shape, light red color, medium firmness, and a weight of about 3 g.

The variety possesses high winter hardiness, exhibits resistance to root rot, and tolerance to a number of viral diseases. Due to the presence of the Bu gene, which provides resistance to the North American strain of Raspberry bushy dwarf virus, it is used as a parent form for breeding new hybrids.
