Variety description

10 August 2026

The plant is a trailing shrub with flexible, branching canes 2 to 6 meters in length that require mandatory trellising. The canes can be either thornless or have a small number of thorns. Leaves are pinnate, serrated, and light green; flowers are large and white.

The variety is of mid-early maturity, with fruiting occurring from mid-July to August or early September. The berries weigh 8.5–12 g, have an elongated shape and a dark cherry color, becoming almost black when fully ripe. The fruits are delicate and prone to rapid spoilage during transport.

The crop has moderate winter hardiness and requires covering of the canes for the winter. The plant is characterized by resistance to major diseases and pests, but requires regular watering and timely pruning of spent canes.
