The variety is primocane-fruiting, obtained by crossing Arapaho and APF-12. It is an upright bush with moderate vigor, the canes of which reach a length of 1.2 to 2.5 m. The plant is prickly, the size of the thorns is about 6 mm, and the number of prickles decreases in the fruiting zone.
The fruiting period lasts 40–50 days. The variety has high adaptability to various soils, is resistant to heat, however, at temperatures above +30°C, fruit set may decrease. Winter hardiness is estimated down to -13°C.
The berries have a conical or oval shape and a glossy black color. They are distinguished by a rich aroma and a sweet flavor with a slight tartness. Due to their soft consistency, the fruits require careful transportation and timely harvesting. They are intended for fresh consumption, processing, freezing, and drying.
