The plant has trailing canes that require mandatory trellising. The bush is less vigorous than a typical blackberry, but resembles it in appearance. The variety belongs to the summer-ripening group.
The berries are bright red, medium-sized, and gathered in clusters of 4–5. The fruits are juicy, have average taste characteristics, and are used more for processing than for fresh consumption. The variety is distinguished by high heat resistance and winter hardiness down to -30°C.
