ActiveRubus L. · Blackberry

10 August 2026
The variety belongs to the mid-late maturity group with an extended fruiting period from the end of July to October. The plant forms vigorous semi-erect canes 3 to 5 meters long, completely devoid of thorns, which simplifies crop maintenance.
The berries have an elongated conical shape, a weight of 5–8 g, and a length of up to 30 mm; they become black and shiny when fully ripe. The flesh is firm, with a sweet-and-sour taste and a pronounced aroma. Yield ranges from 8 to 20 kg per bush.
The variety has high resistance to cane blight and tolerance to Septoria leaf spot and anthracnose. Winter hardiness is moderate; in most climatic zones, covering is required. The fruits are suitable for both fresh consumption and industrial processing.
