The variety was selected from the local Romanian flora and purposefully intended for biomass production. It demonstrates productivity comparable to foreign analogs and lower susceptibility to leaf rust compared to other samples.
The plant possesses increased adaptability to local environmental conditions, including resistance to soil salinity and hydric stress. At the same time, during trials on challenging sites, such as sandy soils and ash dumps, the variety showed a low survival rate, amounting to less than 30 percent.
1 jurisdiction
Green indicates countries where the variety is listed in the national catalogue and its seeds are authorized for sale. Expired registrations are marked separately: the variety was previously admitted, but sale is no longer permitted.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
