Perennial plant 55–60 cm tall, forming a sturdy, well-branched compact clump. It has upright spike-like inflorescences with dark burgundy buds and deep violet-blue flowers.
The flowering period is long, from early summer to autumn, with the possibility of reblooming. The plant is characterized by excellent heat tolerance, drought tolerance, and resistance to damage by deer and rabbits, as well as disease resistance.
Used in ornamental gardening for border design, creating mass plantings, and growing in containers. Attracts pollinators such as bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds.
