The plant forms leaf rosettes 0.08–0.1 m in height, flower stalks reach 0.1–0.15 m. Foliage is bright green, evergreen, with characteristic anthocyanin coloration along the leaf margins and tips. Flower stalks are a saturated green color.

Flowers are variegated, picotee type, with white-pink petals. The variety is early-flowering; the flowering period spans the interval from February to June depending on climatic conditions. Used as an ornamental groundcover crop, recommended for cultivation in partial shade with a planting density of 16–25 plants per 1 m².
