The variety is a hybrid ornamental perennial crop known under the trade name Alpino Early Pink. The plant forms a compact and uniform bush 10–15 cm in height.

The plant belongs to the group of early-flowering varieties, blooming up to 10 days earlier than standard varieties. To ensure full flowering, a vernalization period at 2–7 °C for 6–8 weeks is required.

The variety is winter-hardy and suitable for cultivation as a pot plant, as well as for landscaping rock gardens, rockeries, and borders. When grown in protected cultivation, there is a risk of grey mold infection when the plant canopy closes.
