The plant forms compact cushion-like bushes. The variety is early-flowering and capable of blooming up to 10 days earlier than standard varieties. For full development, the flower requires a mandatory vernalization period lasting from 6 to 8 weeks at a temperature of 2–7 °C; the crop is day-neutral.

During cultivation, there is a risk of Botrytis (gray mold) infection, especially in the flowering phase and when the foliage closes. Aphids are also noted among possible pests.
