The Dobřenické krmné variety is a tall plant, reaching a height of 1.7 to 2 meters. It is characterized by large grain and high ear productivity, with an average number of grains per ear of 61.67.

The plant possesses complete resistance to powdery mildew. Due to its biological characteristics and significant stem height, the variety is currently viewed more as an object for studying genetic diversity than as a commercial agricultural crop.
