Winter rye KWS Emphor belongs to mid-season or mid-late hybrids. The plant is characterized by high resistance to lodging, brown rust and drought. Thanks to PollenPLUS technology, the variety possesses increased resistance to ergot infection due to intensive pollen production.
Straw height is approximately 133 cm. The hybrid is universal and is intended for grain production used in flour milling, malt and alcohol manufacturing, as well as for feed purposes. Crude protein content in the grain is assessed as moderate.
