The variety is intended for groundcover purposes, improving soil structure, and weed control. In intermediate crop rotation, the crop is valued for its intensive growth in the initial stages, ensuring effective soil coverage.

Plants freeze out well in winter, which facilitates subsequent soil cultivation when using mulch seeding technology. The variety is included in official European agricultural variety registers.
