The variety is intended for cultivation as an intermediate crop for green manure and for improving the phytosanitary condition of the soil. Its use is particularly relevant in crop rotations with sugar beet due to its resistance to beet cyst nematode.

The plant possesses morphological traits typical of the species, including rapid growth and the ability to effectively cover the soil surface, which allows for the suppression of weed development.
