The variety is the first domestic erucic acid-free large-seeded white mustard variety. It is used as an oilseed, honey, medicinal crop and as a green manure. The vegetation period from emergence to physiological maturity is 79–84 days, the height of the branched bush varies from 41 to 50 cm.

The plant belongs to the erucic acid-free type. The oil content of the seeds is 28.9–33%, the erucic acid content is low — 1.8%. The oil is distinguished by a high content of oleic and linoleic acids. The thousand kernel weight is 4.7–5.2 g.

The average seed yield is 8.0–16.3 c/ha, the potential yield is up to 17 c/ha. The variety is suitable for mechanized harvesting. It is resistant to southern helminthosporiosis and has low susceptibility to bacteriosis and smut.
