The plant has a medium height and demonstrates high productivity under agricultural conditions. The variety is distinguished by good health status, showing resistance to diseases, as well as high tolerance to periodic lack of moisture.

The variety is used in agricultural practice as a catch crop for improving soil structure, suppressing weeds, and limiting nitrogen leaching. In scientific research, the variety is used as a model object for studying plant adaptation to the effects of heavy metals.
