The rootstock is a strong and vigorous plant that promotes balanced development of the grafted variety, maintaining a balance between vegetative mass accumulation and fruit formation. It is not intended for independent fruit production, but is used to maintain the quality and yield of the scion throughout the entire growing cycle in protected and open ground.

The plant possesses high resistance (HR) to tomato mosaic virus, leaf mold, Verticillium wilt, Fusarium wilt, and Fusarium crown and root rot. Intermediate resistance (IR) is noted to tomato spotted wilt virus and nematodes.
