Rolandia F1 is an early-maturing Italian-type eggplant hybrid. The plant forms a strong, open, upright-type bush, which facilitates maintenance and harvesting.
The fruits are oval-shaped and dark purple in color, reaching 20 cm in length, with an average weight ranging from 350 to 680 g. A distinctive characteristic of the fruits is the absence of spines on the calyx.
The hybrid has resistance to Tomato mosaic virus and is characterized by a long shelf life after harvest, which allows the variety to be used for fresh market sales.
