Plants of the variety are vigorous, semi-erect, well-foliated, with strong branching and a height from 70–80 cm to 1 meter. The variety is demanding of heat and light and possesses resistance to adverse weather conditions.

Fruits have a round shape, resembling a grapefruit in size, with a weight of about 170–250 g. The skin is dark purple in color, smooth and shiny. The flesh is white, dense, tender, and without bitterness.

The variety is for universal use, suitable for stuffing, frying, grilling, and baking, as well as for use in traditional Mediterranean dishes.
