The plant is strong and resistant. Fruits have a club-shaped or elongated-cylindrical form, with a diameter of 6–8 cm. The skin is glossy, dark purple in color; the flesh is light, white-green or milky-white.
The variety is intended for cultivation in greenhouses, plastic tunnels, and various shelters. Depending on the line, plants may be prickly or spineless. This is a traditional variety, suitable for harvesting one's own seeds.
