The White Egg variety represents a group of white-fruited eggplants, rather than a single fixed variety. Since seeds of various breeding lines are sold under this name, morphological fruit traits may vary: length from 5 to 25 cm, weight from 25 to 300 g.
The plant is compact, reaching a height of 50 to 80 cm. The period from transplanting to harvest is 60–75 days. The fruits have smooth skin and are distinguished by tender flesh without pronounced bitterness.
The variety is heat-loving and has universal culinary application. Due to their decorative appearance, the bushes are also used in mixed plantings.
