The variety was obtained by crossing parental lines KA 2005-4238 and ACTARO. The primary purpose of the potato is industrial processing, with the variety being valued for high starch yield performance.
It is characterized by increased resistance to late blight, which allows for a significant reduction in the use of plant protection products. Due to its biological characteristics, it is used in genetic engineering and breeding research, including the creation of high-quality chromosome-level genome assemblies.
