The variety was bred in the Netherlands by crossing the varieties Agria and AR 76-034-03. The growing period ranges from 90 to 120 days. The plant is of intermediate type, tall, with abundant foliage and white flowers.
The tubers are elongated-oval in shape, with yellow skin and light yellow flesh; the eyes are small and superficial. The dry matter content in the tubers is 21.7–23%. The variety is characterized by a long dormancy period and good keeping quality.
The variety is resistant to potato wart (pathotype I), potato cyst nematode (Ro1), common scab, and a number of viral diseases. The stems possess high strength and resistance to lodging.
