Plants are characterized by tall growth and light purple flowers. Tubers are medium-sized, oval-shaped, covered with skin of medium thickness, and the flesh is cream-colored. The variety is characterized by a floury texture and good keeping quality in storage.
The variety is resistant to potato cyst nematode (H1 gene), but susceptible to late blight of foliage and tubers, common scab and slug damage. It does not show resistance to G. pallida nematode.
The variety is versatile in cooking, suitable for frying, including for making French fries, as well as for baking and mashing. Used fresh, for processing and retail sale.
