Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety belongs to the mid-early maturity group. Tubers have an oval shape, shallow eyes, yellow skin, and light yellow flesh. The plant forms light purple flowers. The variety provides large, uniform marketable yields when grown on moderately fertile soils.

The starch content in the tubers exceeds 17%, and the culinary type is characterized as BC, which indicates a tendency to mealiness. The variety is suitable for culinary use and is also considered as potential raw material for processing into chips and French fries.

Possesses resistance to the golden potato cyst nematode (Ro1), partial resistance to pathotypes PA2/3, as well as good resistance to common scab and blackleg. It shows low resistance to late blight of leaves and is susceptible to a number of viral diseases. The recommended nitrogen fertilizer application rate is 140–160 kg/ha.
