Variety description

10 August 2026

Plants have an upright growth type, reaching medium to high height. Tubers have an elongated-oval shape, yellow skin, and yellow or light-yellow flesh. Eyes are shallow or very shallow.

The variety demonstrates resistance to the nematode Globodera rostochiensis and a number of viral diseases, including Potato virus Y. At the same time, susceptibility to tuber late blight is noted, as well as moderate susceptibility to leaf late blight and common scab.

The variety is characterized by good drought tolerance and a long dormancy period, which ensures high keeping quality during storage. The dry matter content in the tubers is about 20%.

The primary purpose is processing, in particular, the production of French fries; however, the variety is also suitable for culinary use.
