The tubers of the variety have a round or short-oval shape. The skin and flesh are blue in color; the eyes are predominantly shallow, with blue coloration at the base.
The plant has dark green leaves with a glossy surface. In young plants, an intense anthocyanin coloration of the upper part of the leaf midrib is observed. The flowers are large, with a high degree of anthocyanin coloration on the inner side of the corolla.
