The variety is a very early potato with a maturation period of about 6–8 weeks. The plant is of medium height with light green leaves with anthocyanin coloration of the veins and abundant white flowers, which rarely form berries.
The tubers have pink skin and white flesh; the shape is characterized as uneven or knobby. The texture of the flesh changes from firm in young potatoes to more mealy as they mature.
The variety has low resistance to late blight, potato wart, and nematodes, and is also susceptible to viral diseases that cause degeneration. Moderate resistance is noted only to common scab.
