Variety description

10 August 2026

Plant is of upright stem type with reddish-purple flowering. Tubers of long-oval shape have smooth light skin and very shallow eyes. Flesh has an intense yellow color and culinary type A, which makes the variety non-disintegrating and suitable for salads.

The variety possesses good tuber uniformity and minimal susceptibility to darkening or formation of dark spots upon impact. A long dormancy period ensures excellent keeping quality during storage. The variety shows high resistance to potato cyst nematode, potato wart, virus Y, potato leafroll virus, common scab, and late blight.

When cultivating, it is not recommended to use heavy or waterlogged soils. Seed sprouting is required, and the variety is sensitive to late application of metribuzin-based herbicides.
