The Stella variety was included in the variety register, however, it is listed in current lists as excluded from the secondary register. Genetically, the variety originates from crossing the varieties Tomensa and Diana.
The tubers of the variety are medium-sized, the shape varies from round to short-oval. The skin and flesh color are yellow, the eyes are shallow.
