The hybrid is a result of crossing Sorghum bicolor and Sorghum sudanense. The crop is used primarily as an energy plant for biogas facilities due to its ability to accumulate significant volumes of biomass.

The variety demonstrates stable maturity indicators and high dry matter productivity, which is confirmed by field trial data. The plant possesses a developed root system ensuring drought tolerance, however, like other tall hybrids, it is susceptible to the risk of lodging during severe weather events.
