The hybrid is characterized by late maturity, occurring 20–30 days later than standard counterparts, which extends the vegetation period until heading. Plants reach a height of 2.1–2.4 meters and possess drought tolerance and a high capacity for regrowth after mowing.

The presence of the BMR gene significantly improves the nutritional value of the feed, increasing fiber digestibility and crude protein content compared to conventional hybrids. The crop is used as animal feed, as well as for soil improvement and nematode control.
