The Eagle F1 hybrid is characterized by slow development, which prevents premature bolting. The plant has an upright habit, which facilitates mechanized harvesting. The leaf rosette is compact, up to 18 cm tall, consisting of green, broadly oval, and slightly savoyed leaves of elongated shape.

The variety is intended for processing and the fresh market, demonstrating a high leaf-to-stem ratio. The plant possesses a wide spectrum of resistance to downy mildew Peronospora effusa (high resistance to races 1-4, 6-8, 10, 11, 15; intermediate to races 5, 9, 12-14, 16, 17), as well as to Stemphylium vesicarium.
