Variety description

The variety has different maturation periods: the vegetation period for spring sowing is 35–40 days or 55 days, and for autumn sowing is about 250 days. Plant height before harvest varies from 12–15 cm to 22–25 cm, and the mass of one plant is 120–200 g.

The leaf rosette is compact. The leaves are dark green, oval or round-oval in shape, thick, with an entire margin; the surface is smooth or irregularly crinkled. Yield is 2.6–3.4 kg/m².

The plant possesses resistance to bolting and diseases, and tolerates frosts well. The leaves are characterized by a high protein content reaching 29.82%. The variety is suitable for fresh consumption, culinary processing, canning, and freezing.
