The variety forms a semi-erect or erect leaf rosette with a diameter of 15 to 30 cm. Leaves are broadly oval in shape, with a surface ranging from smooth to savoyed. Maturation periods range from 20 to 50 days depending on growing conditions.

The plant possesses high cold hardiness and the ability to withstand heat. The variety is suitable for sowing in open field and under film covers in spring or late summer. Usage is universal: fresh, for culinary processing, and freezing.
