The variety is a semi-savoy type hybrid intended for professional baby leaf production. Plants form dense, round, dark green, shiny leaves. The hybrid is characterized by rapid growth and high yield potential; it is intended for sowing in late spring, summer, and autumn.

The plant possesses high resistance to downy mildew (Peronospora effusa) races 1–19, as well as to Fusarium wilt and Stemphylium leaf spot. The variety is officially included in the international set of differential host varieties used for the identification and differentiation of spinach downy mildew pathogen races.
