The shrub has a spreading habit, reaching 20–50 cm in height and 60–100 cm in width. Spring leaves of a copper-red shade turn lemon-gold with red tips in summer, and become fiery orange and red in autumn.
The plant blooms in June–July with small bright pink flowers gathered in flat corymbose inflorescences. The variety is light-loving, withstands frosts down to -34...-40°C, and prefers moist and drained soils. Used in landscape design for borders, rockeries, and container plantings.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
