The variety is a deciduous shrub with an upright growth habit. A key ornamental feature is the white fruit, which remains on the branches for a long time, allowing the plant to be used as material for floristic cutting.

The plant belongs to low-maintenance species, capable of growing on any soil type, and possesses high winter hardiness. The snowberry fruit is inedible and may cause digestive upset if consumed.
